Send all suspicious email as an attachment to report.spam@nc.gov<mailto:report.spam@nc.gov> The Corps accepts the changes discussed in the field and recorded on these revised plan sheets. Also as discussed yesterday we are interested in seeing the turbidity level at the mixing zone of the known jurisdictional feature. This will help in determining if more measures are needed to control off site sedimentation. Thanks, Brad -----Original Message----- From: Herndon, T. This error was discovered when I was onsite with the project inspector and contractor several week ago to discuss concerns with the the diversion channel for Site 36. The erosion control plans showed us installing a sediment basin in this feature, which is identified in the PJD as feature FSJ. Prior to my meeting to discuss the diversion channel, the project inspector had gotten approval from Roadside, to just install a check dam and baffles in this feature, in lieu of excavating the proposed basin. In our review of the site yesterday we verified that this feature is a tributary and the erosion control measures are warranted. The attached drawing shows the feature which we identified as a JS non-mit feature and the location of the TS impacts for the EC BMP's. The TS impacts for this site was calculated to be 60 sq. ft. and does not change the overall permitted TS impacts for this project. Please accept the attached permit drawing as a record for your files documenting these new TS impacts. If you have any questions or require any additional information, please feel free to contact me.
