Salisbury St. Archdale Bldg. 9th Floor Raleigh, NC 27604 (via online upload) Troutman, Iredell County, North Carolina USACE AID: SAW-2017-01728/DWR Project # 20190083 Ver 1 Dear Ms. Janiczak and Ms. Higgins: On behalf of Nash Crossing, LLC, we are submitting additional information requested by Alan Johnson, Morrisville Regional Office — Division of Water Resources (DWR) and other project information required for the 401 Water Quality Certification review of the project including the Stormwater Management Plan (SMP). We apologize for the delay of this submission. Comments received from the Town of Troutman (Town) after the site visit conducted with Mr. Johnson and Catherine Janiczak on January 29, 2019 required revisions that were incorporated to avoid multiple submissions. Additional information provided is itemized below. 1. As requested by Mr. Johnson, the Impact Plan, Profile and Cross-section have been revised to include a 12" sill at the entrance and exit of the proposed box culvert. A note was also added to restore the banks of channel back to pre -construction contours where they are temporarily impacted after installation of the culvert. 2. Components of the SMP, including the Stormwater Impact Analysis, Supplemental Forms, O&M Agreement and Construction Drawings, are being submitted under a separate cover through the DWR's online Supplemental Information upload. Paper copies of plan sheets are being hand delivered today to Ms. Chonticha McDaniel in the Central Office of DWR. 3. Stream impact quantities are the same as provided in the original application. We were asked to clarify that Impact S1 (41 linear feet) is a temporary impact to the channel upstream of the culvert that is necessary for installation. As noted on the Impact Area 1 Plan (Sheet 3 of 6) and above, the channel banks will be restored after installation. creating experiences through experience 1 of 2 �� MCADAMS ADDITIONAL INFORMATION > RYN-17010 4. Comments from the Town affected the impacts to Wetland A. The slope across the sewer line was reduced, which increased the permanent wetland impact (W1) from 0.07 to 0.08 acre. The Town also required the sediment fence to be moved 10 feet from the toe of the fill slope adding a temporary wetland impact (W2) of 0.02 acre.
