There are potentially hundreds of fish in a pond of this size. Please provide a brief description of how you intend to manage any fish that are encountered. Typically, when DOT drains a pond they will make attempts at capturing and placing them in another pond or downstream. Nuisance conditions related to fish kills may develop if they are left. I understand that it may not be possible to retrieve all the fish, but an effort needs to be made to capture and release. Other than that, the application looks complete. Once I receive a response related to the above, I can issue a permit by early March. Thanks, Dave W.
