Proiect Description:
The project consists of an approximately 2.3 mile segment vf SR 1203 {Allen Rd} fram SR 14b7
(Stantonburg Rd} to US 13 (Dickinson A�e Ext.}, The �oal af the project is ta con�ert the
existing roadway into a four-lane divided facility with a raised median and curb and gutter with
an at-gx•ade railraad crossing near Landfill Road. Sidewalks and bike lanes are proposed as part
of the project, but the praject will also investigate the possibility of replacing sidewalks and bike
Ianes with a multi-use path.

Description of �'eview activities. results, and conclusions:
On June 2D, 2Q16 a search of NC HP�WEB GIS Ser�ice map re�ealed that in the Area of
Potential Effects (APE} the project included a property which is o�er 5U years of age. An
architectural historian conducted an eligibility evalnation of the property. In a letter daied
�ctaber l 3, 2016 the North Carolina Historic Preser�atzon �ffice cancurred with our finding that
the Naah Farbes Sr. House (PTd047} is eligible for National Register listing under Criterion C
and Consideration B.
