WWTP PCB Decontamination Progress: PCB decontamination activities were completed in the Fall of 2017. The WWTP consistently achieved compliance with effluent permit limits and maintained non -detectable PCB effluent levels during the decontamination activities and following months until the end of September 2018 (sampling was stopped).
