Discharae Monitoring Reports (eDMRs) were reviewed for the period January 2018 through December 2018. All monitoring frequencies were correct. A monthly average flow violation was reported in December 2018. The Division will separately address this limit violation through the issuance of a Notice of Deficiency (NOD). The sludae blanket levels were measured at approximately nine feet at the time of the inspection. The periodic wet weather events and water saturated fields caused the facility to maintain a higher than normal solids inventory due to the inability to distribute and/or land apply bio-solids. The facility staff were in the process of lowering the solids inventory due to improved weather conditions and the ability to land apply bio-solids. Pumps-RAS-WAS Are pumps in place?
