Comment: Inspection of SMP approved as part of the 401. Village of Clemmons had been inspecting the SMP as
part of their annual stomrwater inspection program but it was recently determined that the SMP is
part of
the 401 and more appropriately inspected by DWR. Village inspection in the fall indicated inadequacies
with most biocells so this inspeciton was a followup to ensure repairs had been made.
