Based on your response, subsequent actions following the non-compliant event and preventative measures being taken, the Division will take no further action at this time regarding this notice and therefore no further response is required. We encourage the Town to continue to implement preventative measures and corrective action in an effort to maintain continued compliance with NPDES Permit No. NC0025984.
