As you may know, Mark is still associated with MGA but has left the day to day operation of the company to Scott Bumgarner and myself. Since Mark was the engineer that executed the original and revised permits, I appreciate you sedding this to him as well. Please feel free to edit the new application to show 1,220 LF of 2" FM and include this value in the revised permit to be issued for this project. Again, I appreciate you working with us on this issue and we will endeavor to avoid this issues in the future. HI Mark, We're just getting around to reviewing the application to modify the existing permit that was prompted by our review of the submitted engineering certification (see my Oct 11" email below). The new application does have the new, correct length of 8" gravity line (the original permit stated 2,500 LF, but the record drawings showed 1,150 LF). However the new application still includes the old length of 2" FM that was in the original permit (1,550 LF despite the record drawings show only 1,220 LF of 2" FM installed. With your permission, I will edit the new application to show 1,220 LF of 2" FM and include that in the revised permit that we will issue. Thanks, Jason Respectfully, Michael D. The permit was issued for approximately 2,500 LF of 8-inch gravity line and approximately 1,550 LF of 2" Forcemain. Based on the Profile in the as -bunts, it appears that only 1,150 LF of 8" gravity was installed, which is 54% less than what was described in the permit (2,500 LF). It appears that a "hidden manhole" was found, and therefore less forcemain was installed than originally planned. It appears that approximately 1,220 LF of forcemain was installed, which is 21% less that what is described in the permit (1,550. If the numbers above are correct, then because the length of both the installed gravity line and the installed forcemain are more than 10% different than the lengths described in the permit, a fast -track application requesting a permit modification will need to be submitted and a new permit will need to be issued that reflects what was installed. Also, the certification page that was submitted did not have the permitte's (Seaboard') agent's signature (Mr. Hines). The permittee (Seaboard) should print and sign their name in the "Permittee's Certification" section (not the engineer). The Engineer is to print and sign their name in the "Engineer's Certification" section. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, -Jason Jason T. Robinson, P.E.
