On February 5, 2019, Roberto Scheller of this Office conducted a Reconnaissance Evaluation at
the subject facility as follow-up to a plant upset reported to this Office on January 4, 2019. This
visit was conducted to determine if biological treatment process had recovered from reported
plant upset.
