I took a few photos. Looks like EC measures were in place but they got overrun. It has been a wet winter on this
project. The primary issue appears to be that no grass was established on this slope due to the cold weather. It was
seeded and mulched back in November. This is the root cause of the basin filling up..........
The bucket brigade will start tomorrow and we will have the contractor mat the slope. Sometime in the next month or
so, he can rework and reseed the slope. Should be warm enough for grass to germinate then.
