The Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) received and reviewed the 2018 Annual Report (AR)
for the above permit. This permit was rescinded on January 22, 2019. The submittal completes
documentation for 2018 when your permit was active and since the permit has been rescinded,
no further submittals under this permit are required.

No LA has ever occureed under this permit. As the residual solids generated under this permit are being transported to
Republic Landfill for permamenet disposal, the Town of Mooresville has requested this permit be rescinded.
Permit rescission was granted on Janaury 22, 2019.
