Lightly wooded area with an existing 20' utility easement located within residential lots.

Provide public sanitary sewer to an adjacent property.

an existing and new utility easement. Work will be limited to within the easements. Likely equipment will
include but is not limited to an excavator and a trench box.

1. Avoidance and Minimization
1a. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing project.
Due to the location of the existing easement and limitations as a result of tree conservation buffers on the site as
well, the sewer line was extended straight from the existing sewer line, through the existing easement, through
the 32' buffer to a proposed manhole 15' from the buffer. The line then immediately turns towards the south to
avoid any other impacts.
1b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques.
Construction will be limited to within the easements only. The grades will be returned to the existing conditions
after the line has been installed.
