Due to the location of the existing easement and limitations as a result of tree conservation buffers on the site as well, the sewer line was extended straight from the existing sewer line, through the existing easement, through the 32' buffer to a proposed manhole 15' from the buffer. The line then immediately turns towards the south to avoid any other impacts. 1b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques. Construction will be limited to within the easements only. The grades will be returned to the existing conditions after the line has been installed. FORM: BA 10-2013 Page 3 of 5 2.
