On December 12, 2018, the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources received your application
for No Exposure Certification for Exclusion, a Notice of Intent for coverage under General Permit
NCG060000, and Cashier's Check in the amount of $100 for Delhaize America Distribution LLC's
facility located at 1703 East D Street, Butner NC.
This facility has been inspected, and the Raleigh Regional Office determined that the No Exposure
Certification for Exclusion shall apply to the above facility. A letter under separate cover will be sent
regarding the No Exposure Certification.
In the meantime, we are returning the Notice of Intent for coverage under General Permit NCG060000
and the Cashier's Check in the amount of $100.
