After reviewing James and James Environmental’s response regarding the notice of violation notice of intent (NOV-2019-
LM-0008) and the environmental circumstances at the Woodland Mills WWTP during the month of December 2018, the
Division has decided to take no further action at this time and no further response is required. Please keep our office
informed of any events and/or circumstances that prohibit access and prevent monitoring at the facility in the future.
