Does anyone know if this project already has a Corps' SAW File No. assigned to it? I'll look at our database and my notebooks to see if I can find one.. The application looks complete - I've not scrutinized he plan sheets - my hopes being the Merger took care of that.. but I'll scrutinize them tomorrow. Despite the efforts of DOT to Fed Ex the application to me - I've yet to receive a hard copy of the ePCN. I was able to download it from DOT's site. Michael Turchy emailed me the required adjacent property owner list on December 27, 2018 - so technically - that would be the date the Corps received the complete application.... I'm to determine 5 days after receipt of a complete application if the application is complete. I believe it is - determined on January 3, 2019 = 7 days for completeness determination. The Corps then has 15 days from receipt of complete application to get Public Notice published = January 11, 2019. Since the government is partially shut down - there will be some additional language in the Public Notice - since this project does not need ESA concurrence ... I don't anticipate needing an extension to the comment period - but I could be incorrect on that assumption... I will let you know once I know.
