This permit COC number is definitely tied to a facility in Salisbury -- not Fayetteville. And, COC no. NCG130015 is currently active, so it was renewed in June 2018 (it would have been automatically if all fees were up to date). Maybe you have the wrong COC number for your Fayetteville location? Suzanne can help look for another NCG13 COC that is located in Fayetteville. You can see from the screen shots below that (1) the facility location is listed as Salisbury, and (2) the latitude and longitude location we have for this facility is also located in Salisbury (see map). You can also search this active permits map for the Fayetteville address, and then see if you can spot the correct NCG13 COC point that is associated with is. I think there might just be a mix up about what COC number belongs to Fayetteville's site, but we will help you sort it out! I left a message but didn't hear anything back. I misplaced the letter and I just discovered that I have never renewed the permit. My problem is the location is still showing Salisbury and the facility I manage is in Fayetteville, NC. Please let me know what I need to do to get this resolved.
