I just spoke with the maintenance supervisor for this facility and he wanted to make sure that we changed the addresses
for his permit. It looks like his billing info is under a PO Box 1268, he said anything that is linked to the permit for
NCG030610 that has the PO Box listed needs to change. The address needs to be changed to 1372 Boggs Drive, Mount
Airy NC 27030.
It looks like most of the info for this permit already has that correct address he just wanted to make sure everything was
changed because they no longer have access to that PO Box.
