All information and contacts are correct. None of the Significant Industrial Users in the Contentnea MSD Pretreatment Program are in Significant Non-Compliance for either six-month reporting period for 2018. WINTERVILLE MACHINE WORKS Winterville Machine Works had one minor flow violation during the 4-day sampling event in January, 2018. A Notice of Violation was issued.This was a one-time event and no civil penalties were assessed. The "NA" and "Not Required" on the IDSF for some parameters indicate annual LTMP monitoring requirements. CAROLINA CLASSICS CATFISH Carolina Classics Catfish did not have any violations for 2018.The "NA" and "Not Required" on the IDSF for some parameters indicate annual LTMP monitoring requirements. WEYERHAEUSER Weyerhaeuser did not have any violations for 2018.The "NA" and "Not Required" on the IDSF for some parameters indicate annual LTMP monitoring requirements. There were four missing flow measurements from June through September, 2018. Weyerheauser flow is measured on a CMSD owned and maintained flow meter. The flow meter was damaged when the Town of Ayden rebuilt the lift station.The flow meter has been repaired and is functioning properly.
