The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on hold until all of the following items are addressed: • The application is not clear regarding the proposed impacts. o What is the impact footprint and square footage above normal water level? (Ex: 136' x T, ? sf) o What is the impact footprint and square footage below normal water level? (Ex: 136' x T, ? sf) • Please clarify whether you are proposing to build a temporary construction access road for the shoreline stabilization. Over the phone, you mentioned that you would no longer build the access road. If you do want to proceed with building the access road, what are the dimension of the temporary access within Zone 1 and Zone 2 of the buffer? How many trees are you proposing to remove for the access and from which zone? • Please indicate how many trees you are proposing to remove from the Catawba buffer for the shoreline stabilization. If you are proposing to remove trees greater than 5" DBH, replanting with native hardwood tree species is required. I will need to come visit the site to determine replanting requirements and see the proposed trees for removal. • Please include your full mailing address. The application only provided your street address. Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(e), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the proper consideration of the application.
