Dear Mr. Brandon,
On November 8, 2018, Joan Schneier of the NC Division of Water Resources, Water Quality Regional
Operations Section conducted a compliance inspection in support of permit renewal. We would like to
thank Mr. Brandon for assistance. The system was brought into compliance during the inspection.
The septic tank was pumped out on October 29, 2018, per receipt. No problems were seen in the
underground sand filter area. The high- water alarms sound inside the house and were checked from the
floats. The sand filter lift pump and the dosing pump were triggered from the floats. Five of six spray
heads were spraying and rotating initially. The sixth was fixed by blowing out the pipe and cleaning the
nozzle. The barbed wire fence was in good shape. Also, please see the attached inspection report.
