Deanna From: Alsmeyer, Eric C SAW [mailto:Eric.C.Alsmeyer(ausace.army.mil] Sent: Tuesday, August 06, 2013 11:11 AM To: Riffey, Deanna Cc: Price, Gregory W; Beauregard, Rachelle Subject: RE: Division 5 Projects (UNCLASSIFIED) Classification: UNCLASSIFIED Caveats: NONE Deanna: 1) I have the Prel JD forms — I'm just looking for the Wetland data forms. I don't have them for either B-5323 or B-5328, both of which have onsite wetlands, as well as for B-4828. 2) I would at least like you to check with RK&K and see if they did an "upland" data form for B-4828. If they didn't do one, I can deal with it. Most consultants should know that that is the minimum requirement for sites without wetlands, to show that the "most-likely wet" part of a site is not wet. We have probably been lax in the past and not always required it, but it has been part of the normally required documentation for a site without wetlands, for as long as I have been here in the Wilmington District. Please reply or call if you have any questions or if I may serve you in any other way. The Wilmington District is committed to providing the highest level of support to the public. In scoping this out to our consultant we did not include upland forms for non-wetland areas. This has not been part of our protocol and will have to go to back to consultants at additional cost to get this done.
