Date of field visit: August zoi� Description of review activities, results, an�l cortc/usions: Review of HPO quad maps, t•elevant background reports, historic designations roster, and indexes was undertaken on May 17, 2017. A circe 1900 house was identified in the Area of Potential Effects (APE) and an eligibility evaluation was conducted. The house, known as the Agnes and Wile S. Woolard House (BF2509), was recommended not eligible for National Register listing. In a letter dated October 1 l, 2017, the Not-th Carolina Historic Preservation Office concurred with olu• fi�tding. There are no other historic properties in the APE and no histot•ic pt•operties will be affected by this proiect. We have reviewed the report and offer the following comments. We concur with the evaluation and eligibility determinations outlined in the report as follows: The Agnes and Wiley S. Woolard House (BF2509} is not eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places, under any of the four National Register criteria for significance, due to the level of significance and the loss of integrity resulting from post 2003 alterations and additions. The above comments are made pursuant to Section l Ob of the National Historic Preservation Act and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation's Regulations for Compliance with Section 1Q6 codified at 36 CFR part 800.
