(Part A) and (Part B) No Land Application for 2018 under Permit WQ0014136. All sewage
sludge that was not generated into Class A was dewatered and taken to a lined land fill for
disposal. Total tons = 3943.85 or Dry metric tons = 465.11 (See attached hauling summary
sheet). Laboratory results from TCLP are included in this report.
On December 13th, 2018, The Town of Mooresville officially rescinded our Land Application
Permit No. WQ0014136 in a letter addressed to Troy Doby with the NC Division of Water
Resources. A copy of this notice is included in this report.
