POST OFFICE BOX 1746 WATKINSVILLE, GEORGIA 30677 Subject: Permit No. WQ0038835 Terra Renewal Services — Sanderson Farms RLAP Attachments A and B Certification Lenoir County Dear Mr. Coyle: In accordance with your permit major modification request received December 17, 2018, and subsequent additional information received February 8, 2019, we are forwarding herewith modified Attachments A and B certified February 11, 2019, to Terra Renewal Services, Inc. for the subject residuals management program. Modifications to the subject Attachments are as follows: • Attachment A — Removal of two residuals sources totaling 231 dry tons per year, those sources being Mountaire Farms of Delaware and Tyson Foods Temperanceville, Virginia. Addition of one residual source totaling 550 dry tons per year, that source being Sanderson Farms — Kinston, NC (WQ0034380). • Attachment B — Addition of five new fields in Lenoir County totaling 353.8 acres, those fields being NC-LN-WH-01 to -05. The modified Attachments A and B shall be effective from the date of certification until December 31, 2021 (i.e., expiration date of the current permit), shall void Attachments A and B of Permit No. WQ0038835 issued January 5, 2017, and shall be subject to the conditions and limitations as specified therein, as well as those specified in the above -referenced permit. Please replace Attachments A and B of Permit No. WQ0038835 that was issued January 5, 2017 with the modified Attachments A and B. Please note that the Permittee shall submit a renewal application no later than July 4, 2021. Please note that only the maps for new land application sites are attached to this letter.
