The project will attempt to minimize ground disturbance by utilizing ebsting stone functioning as a sanitary sewer easement path. Further, any construction and paving equipment will
stay within the limited project confines. Due to the nature of the path and the limits of construction, equipment will be able to progress through the project linearly and make tuming
maneuvers outside of its boundaries.

I E. Impact Justification and Mitigation
1. Avoidance and Minimization
1a. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing the project:
The project path has been selected to avoid delineated wetlands and to minimize overall impacts. While there is some zone 2 impact, the alternatives
would make greater impacts to stream and etisting wooded areas.
1b. Specificallydescribe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques:
The limits of disturbance are minimized laterally such that only enough space to construct the path is available. Equipment needing to
2. Compensatory Mitigation for Impacts to Waters of the U.S. or Waters of the State
