Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing the project: The project path has been selected to avoid delineated wetlands and to minimize overall impacts. While there is some zone 2 impact, the alternatives would make greater impacts to stream and etisting wooded areas. 1b. Specificallydescribe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques: The limits of disturbance are minimized laterally such that only enough space to construct the path is available.
