On June 26, 2018, the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources received your request to
rescind your coverage under Certificate of Coverage Number NCG210176.
Based on our review of your request and the recommendation of our Wilmington Regional Office,
your request for rescission has been denied. Your request was denied because there are industrial
materials remaining onsite including log storage. These materials must be removed before a
rescission can be granted. Your Certificate of Coverage Number NCG210176 will remain in effect,
and you must continue to comply with your NPDES stormwater permit.
