I checked in our system here (NCG120060). Your 2018 renewal fee still has not posted. The last check received was in 2017.
Once the 2018 year is paid, the permit renewal and certificate of coverage should be sent to you. Please check with your
financial manager and find out when the renewal fee was paid in 2018. 1 can forward that information to the central office
and see if we have made an error. Please see attached correspondence.

I wanted to follow up and I believe you now handle our stormwater permit for Foothills Landfill. I haven't seen a renewal
letter for our NCGO12 and wanted to confirm that you had everything. I confirmed with our financial manager that we paid
the permit fee last spring, sent in the renewal statement, and I recall having done the outfall check off in the GIS system
from when the short term extension happened, but when looking in the GIS system now it has us marked as expired.
