Based on the email chain below, this modification issue first came up in July 2018. At that time, you/permittee were informed that due to the high volume of applications we receive coupled with staff's other duties, it typically takes us around 6-8 weeks to review applications and issue permits. We didn't receive the application requesting the modification until January 16, 2019. With that said, we will try to issue the modified permit in the next couple of weeks (which means reviewing it before other applications that were submitted earlier).
