Individual Permit Corps Additional Information Request

Atlas Environmental, Inc. requests an extension until April 1, 2019 to submit a response
package that will address the items in your request for additional information. Based on the
additional correspondence with your office regarding the CRIF service area that will need to be
included in the alternatives analysis I have reached out to Mr. Grant Cothran at Norfolk
Southern Corporation to find out if he has maps or a database that we can use. I have not
heard back from Grant, so I plan to reach out to him again today or tomorrow. As you know this
information from CRIF about their existing customer location, etc. is critical for establishing the
service area.
As before the project team is working on gathering information and data for the alternative sites
analysis. Please let me know if this request cannot be granted. If you have any questions
please give me a call.
