Brad, per our conversation, attached are the stormwater permits for the features that
will be impacted by our proposed project. Everything is covered by the SW permits
except for Ditch C. However, it appears to be a stormwater conveyance for adjacent
businesses between our project and US 17 (See Pond C site plan). Please let me know
on how we need to proceed. I will send the concept for the alternative that we are
moving forward with in a separate e-mail.
