In our review of the final construction plans and the permit drawings for Duplin B-4501,
we noted that there was change made in the final construction plans that did not match
the permit drawings regarding the stormwater outfall in the SW quadrant at
approximately Sta. 15+50 LT. The previous permit drawings showed the rip rap pad at
the outfall parallel with the fill section. The final plans and attached revised permit
drawing show a PDE and the rip rap perpendicular to the fill section which will provide
better drainage and treatment. This revision does have minimal changes to the square
footage of impacts but does not change the permitted acreage of impacts.
This project was authorized under NW 3(AI SAW-2015-00991) and DWR WQC 4131
(DWR Project # 20181291). Please accept the attached revised permit drawings as the
corrected and final project permit drawings for your files. Since there are no changes in
the acreage of impacts, we assume that a revision to your issued permits is not
required.
