SUMMARY OF HISTORIC ARCHICTECTURE AND LANDSCAPES REVIEW
Description of review uctivities, results, an�l conclusions:
Review of HPO quad maps, relevant background reports, historic designations roster, and indexes was
undertaken on June 5, 2014. Based on this review there are no NR, DE, LL, SL, or SS in the project area.
According to the Watauga County GIS website there is one property adjacent to the APE of the bridge
project. The construction date for the single-family dwellings is 1974. There are no properties in APE of
this project that are eligible for National Register listing.
Why the available information �rovi�les a reliable b�sis fof� reasonably predictin�- that there
are no uniclentified siQni�cant historic af�chitectural or landscape resoarrces in the proiect
area:
Using HPO GIS website and Watauga County GIS website provides reliable information regarding the
structures in the APE. These combined utilities are considered valid for the pwposes of determining the
likelihood of historic resources being present.
