Hi Don,
Attached is the letter and renewal form that was sent for the Mission Quarry. I believe you are paid up so ignore the
outstanding $100, if not then go ahead and send a check. You can also ignore the rescission request for this permit. Just
fill out the renewal form with all the new information and send it back to Raleigh.
I am copying Ed Williams here so he can send you their rescission form to make the other permit go away. Our
stormwater permit adequately covers the activities of the quarry.
