The proposed Whispering Pines Subdivision is located north of the intersection of Cedar Creek Road and Lane Store Road in Franklin County, NC. Phase 3 of Whispering Pines includes the construction of 50 single-family homes with a sanitary sewer flow of 12,500 gpd. Phase 3 residences will be served by 1,344 LF of proposed 8" sanitary sewer main extending from the end of a sanitary sewer main installed during Phase 1. The proposed 8" sanitary sewer lines will be public. The construction of Phase 3 is projected to begin in the summer of 2019.
