I have had to make many changes to satisfy the permit submittal to DCM for this project
and as a result there are some changes to the PCN that I do need to make. I have
attached a word document to this email outlining those changes. To answer the
questions you emailed last week this project will be permitted through CAMA, DWQ,
and USACE. We only have a Major permit from CAMA and no previous dredging permits
from either DWR or USACE for this location. If I need to resubmit or submit this in a
different way please let me know. Also, due to the push of getting this project permitted
and completed would it be advantageous to ask (if possible) for an "Express" review?

I just wanted to follow-up with you regarding the ePCN for Cedar Island Dredging
2019. The original application was sent in as a modification, however no DWR Permit
Number was provided in which to link the modification. As it also appears as though

this project may be in conjunction with CAMA I need the following information in order
to take this ePCN off hold to send it for review.
1. If the project is solely CAMA or in conjunction with CAMA.
2. If the project is a modification of a previous DWR Permit.
3. The DWR Number of the previous DWR Permit if applicable.
Until I have that information your application is considered incomplete and would be
returned as such after 30 days of receipt.

This project is currently sitting on hold in my inbox because I was waiting for clarification
on whether this project is a 401 request or a 401 request in conjunction with a CAMA
permit.
If you could please verify that information for me so I can properly enter the project into
our system it will send a notification that it has been received and then you can send the
additional information straight to me via email, or put it through LF Forms at the link
provided below with the proper DWR ID # attached.

I recently submitted an E-PCN for a dredging project at the Cedar Island Ferry Terminal.
Stephen Lane with DCM contacted me after submitting the same information to his
agency and I have had to make a handful of changes and provide additional information.
I now need to revise the original E-PCN that I submitted for the project — is that
possible?
