The drawings only show about 10 If of additional pipe. If there is this many LF of permanent stream impacts, you need to send us $$. 2. There are two other impacts noted on the drawings...the `Temp impacts in surface waters' and the `Impacts in surface waters' If the impacts are in a stream, they should be denoted as `Temp impacts in stream' and Impacts in Stream' Surface waters would be considered ditches, ponds, etc.. 3. I do not understand the "impacts in surface waters (i.e. stream)'. What are these impacts? Is this additional riprap? If it is, shouldn't that be considered stream stabilization (as long as it's not in the Thalweg)? Please explain what these impacts in the stream are for. Please revise the drawings (as necessary) and the Wetland permit impact summary sheet and resubmit. If I am not reading this correctly, please let me know. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call me. Thanks!
