The rear of the home will be slightly in the Zone 2 buffer. We expect that when the bulkhead is complete it will add an additional 2 to 3' to our shoreline thus possibly we might not be in the buffer zone at all. We would like to get approval just in case. The lot will be cleared for building and a bulkhead and dock will be installed at the property.
