I have reviewed your application and there are a few things missing. On Page 2 of the application under section
"Additional Information", if those items are present then they need to be indicated on the map, if they are not present
then I need a statement from you that those items are not present. Also, the parcel that you are proposing to drill on is
owned by Woodard Farm No 1842 Partnership, I need documentation that Mr. Cozart is an authorized agent to sign for
