I have been made aware that Mr. Ori Tuvia of the Mooresville Regional Office staff has
made several attempts to schedule a Compliance Evaluation Inspection (CEI) with you in reference
to the Wastewater General Permit (NCG550084) associated with your residence at 4417
Knightwood Drive in Gastonia, NC. The Mooresville Regional Office is responsible for
conducting this inspection pursuant to the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality's
delegated authority from EPA and must be conducted at a minimum of once every five (5) years.
Mr. Tuvia will accommodate your schedule to the best of his ability between the business
hours of 8:00am to 5:00 pm. I thank you in advance for your willingness to work with Mr. Tuvia
