Pursuant to your request, VBHI is seeking a minor modification to the above referenced
Permit that requests an increase in the length of the fill "taper" from Sta 136+00 to Sta 146+00. In
our judgement, this increase was warranted by H. Florence earlier this year. With respect to this
requested Minor Modification, all other permit conditions will remain unchanged.
Enclosed is a $100 check intended to cover the processing of the requested permit
modification. Also attached is a revised schematic which depicts the project limits of work (Permit
Sheet 2 of 8).
