National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit coverage as
required by your Multi -Sector General permit NCG030000 issued by the North
Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ). This NOI packet is for
your facility at 7319 Galvan Way, Harrisburg, NC 28075.
1. Sign and date the first copy and maintain the NOI application in your
facility's current Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and records.
2. Sign and date the second copy and send it back to AARC Environmental
SE, LLC so that we can save and maintain this copy in our database.
3. Sign and date the third copy and using the pre -addressed certified
mailing envelope, mail the NOI application (with supporting
documents and $100 check made payable to NCDEQ) to Department
of Environmental Quality — Stormwater Program as soon as possible.
