FYI —The stream location at Site 2 was incorrect on U-4700CB previously and it was fixed before the permit application
was submitted, but apparently only on the topo page, sheet 3 of 10, not sheet 2 of 10. (Impacts were calculated using
the correct stream location.) I spoke with Steve about this on January 7t", 2019 and said I'd try to get a revised sheet for
your files.
Attached is a revised sheet 2 of 10 for the permit drawings for U-4700CB. This sheet has been corrected in the permit
package on the website.
