Comments: This permit was issued has a back-up Land Application Permit for Class "B" (503) residual solids. This permit
has always been considered to be in place for emergency land application only. No LA events have been implemented
through the term of this permit and the land that had been dedicated for LA use wiothin the permit has been developed by
the Town of Mooresville. The Town of Mooresville feels that this permit is no longer necessary. Asa such, any residuals
unabled to be processed through the town's Class "A" Distribution permit will be sent to a landfill for final disposal.
