On January 16, 2019, Roberto Scheller of this Office conducted a compliance inspection at the
subject facility. This inspection was conducted as a Compliance Sampling Inspection (CSI) to
insure compliance with permit requirements and conditions. Sampling is tentatively scheduled for
February 51h and 71n
During the subject inspection, a question regarding flow measurement was asked. In accordance
with the current NPDES Permit NC0004774, Part I, Section A, Effluent Limitations and Monitoring
Requirements, "Flow" is to be measured with "Pump Logs or Similar Readings". The use of
pumping readouts from the control room pump display, for related outfalls, will satisfy this
requirement.
