Inspection Summary. -
At 10:00am Zahid Khan and Holliday Keen met with Tony Johnson Jr. to assess site conditions and discuss the rescission
request for permit NCG140420. We found that there is an existing sediment basin and a stockpile on site. The basin is
required by the City of Concord for the phase II stormwater to treat the impervious areas on site and will remain in place. In
order to rescind the permit, please complete the following:
1. Repair the gully on the inside of the sediment basin.
2. Stabilize any exposed soils on site.
3. Ensure there are no materials, products, or equipment stored on site that could affect stormwater runoff.
Once these items have been completed and the site has established vegetative cover sufficient to restrain erosion, please
complete a rescission request and an inspection will be completed to re -assess the site.
