Creek crossing is required for access to the remainder of the property. This is limited to one crossing to minimize disturbance.
The street is designed to be perpendicular to the stream. The culvert is to be buried one foot below the stream bed with the top of the rip -rap placed at
original stream bed elevation. Fill slopes to be at maximum grade, 2:1.
1 b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques.
The culvert is to be buried one foot below the stream bed with an endwall, which reduces the permanent impact 6+/- feet. The top of the rip -rap to be
placed at original stream bed elevation. Fill slopes to be steepened to a maximum grade, 2:1. During construction, the stream will be sandbagged and
pumped for dry installation to minimize the stream impact.
