Per NCDEQ's request, cobalt and tin were added to the RRRWWTP monitoring since we have one Centralized Waste Treatment facility. We also added the priority pollutant scan monitoring for the MCWWTP based upon the new NPDES permit. Please review the LTMP changes and approve at your earliest convenience.
