N.C. Natural Heritage Program database; USFWS-Raleigh Field Office v�,�bsite; biological surveys for protected species listed for Wake County, which
include red-cockaded vYnodpecker (RCW), dwarf wedgemussel, Tar River spinymussel, yellow lance, Cape Fear shiner and Michaux s sumac. The
species received biological conclusions of "No EffecP'. No habitat is present for RCW, Cape Fear shiner, or the three listed mussels. Habitat for
Michau�fs sumac ebsts, ho�ver no specimens were observed during a 9/22/2017 survey. There were no bald eagles or nest observed within 660
feet of the project area on 9/22/2017. PBO for Nothem Long Eared bat.
