On December 6, 2018, the Division of Water Resources (Division) received your application dated
November 26, 2018, requesting a 401 Water Quality Certification from the Division for the subject
project. The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The
application is on hold until all of the following items are addressed:
• The application is not clear regarding the proposed shoreline impacts. Please respond with the
correct impact in writing.
o On page 2, the impacts are listed as being 300 sf above normal water level and 200 sf
below normal water level.
I apologize for the misprint. The layout of this document confused me. It's 3 feet above and 2 feet below.
